2012 wine club shipment party dates

March 17th, June 9th, September 2nd (Sunday night), and December 1st. Saturday night (unless noted) 6:30-8:30p.

September and December we have returning the ever favorite Jerry Gontang.
The cost per person is $15pp* for all 2 Bottle members, $10pp* for all 4 Bottle members and free for 6 Bottle and
Barrel Owner members which covers entertainment, glass of wine, and usually Italian fare. Guests pay the same as the wine club member except 6 bottle and barrel guests are $5pp*.
This event is for wine club members and their guests.
RSVP is required in writing. Any changes to your reservations must be done in writing.
No refunds for cancellations after the Thursday before the party date.

* June prime rib and September Luau parties are $20pp for 2 Bottle members and $15pp for 4 Bottle members. Guests pay the same as the wine club member except 6 bottle and barrel guests are $10pp.

The Cougar Vineyard & Winery Wine Club ships two, four or six bottles of selected wine four times a year
depending on the wine club selected.

How our Club works:

The cost of each shipment varies between $30.00 - $60.00 ($70.00 - $100.00 for 4 bottle shipments). Shipments
are based upon retail price minus 20% wine club discount, 25% discount for 4 bottle club members and
30% discount for 6 bottle club members plus shipping, handling and any applicable taxes. Your membership
may be canceled, by e-mail or in writing, at any time after your second shipment. All cancellations must be
verified 30 days prior to the next shipment's date. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping. We
cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or outside the U.S. We respect and protect your privacy. Your name and any
information you provide to us will not be sold to other companies.

All address correction requests that are submitted after the shipment has been shipped out will be charged to your account. This generally ranges from $10-15. Please make sure that your shipping address is current at all times, especially prior to your shipments.

Due to individual state shipping restrictions, we can only offer wine club membership to residents of the states that
allow us to directly ship wine to their residents. You may select your state to view the current shipping regulations

Our Wine Club is for adults of legal drinking age. You must verify your age to join our club. Shipments must be received and signed for by an adult over the age of 21.
