Vineyard happenings:

We're in the middle of harvest and also deep into wine making. Come on by and most likely you'll be able to see one or more of the steps in making wine!

The new vineyard on our property in Temecula is planted and looking good. We planted more Italian varietals including: Primitivo and Pinot Grigio.

 

Winemaking happenings:

The Full Monte (Estate Montepuliciano), Pardee Family Cabernet Sauvignon, Temecula Valley Merlot, Meritage, Estate Primitivo Port, Aglianico, Estate Sangiovese (Super Tuscan) and Malbec are all bottled. As far as the whites go we've released our 2007 Dolce Vita (Fiano/Greco di Tufo blend) and Sparkling Cougar (brut Muscat Canelli done as a sparkling wine). In the tanks we have our 2008 whites: Cortese, Vermintino, Pinot Grigio, the Pink Cougar (white Cabernet Sauvignon), and Malvasia Bianica. In the barrels we have our Estate Sangio, The Full Monte, Zinfandel Port, Primitivo Port, Pardee Family Merlot, Pardee Family Cabernet, Pardee Family Cab Franc, Guadalupe Valley Dolcetto, Estate Malbec, Gradalupe Valley Nero d'Avola, 6th hole Cabernet Sauvignon, Guadalupe Valley Aglianico, Boorman Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, Filsinger Cabernet Franc, and Pinotage.
